Human Resource Executive

Status: Permanent

Team/Role: Human Resource


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity
  • Good knowledge in Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Good knowledge in establishing the Company HR SOPs, Rules and Regulations and the ability to interpret HR Policies
  • Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interact well with people from different levels and cultures
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and well organized
  • Enjoy working with people and number

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Manage all matters related to recruitment activities which include placement, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Involve in recruitment process which include analysis of manpower, recruitment methods, conduct interview, selection and pre-employment
  • Assist in the application for the foreign workers including documentations, visa and follow up with agents and local authoritie
  • Conduct induction program

 

Employees Relation

  • Issuance of letter of offer and other necessary documents for the newly recruited employees
  • Follow up with the newly recruited employees on the necessary documents required as documentary evidence in the personnel file
  • Issuance of HR letters i.e. confirmation of employment to the probationers, stamp approval holder’s allowance, re-designation promotion and/or  acceptance of resignation letter for resigned employees and etc
  • Assist yearly performance appraisal
  • Submit company’s insurance claim or SOCSO claim
  • Update employee’s data base in the HRIS and ensuring documents are filed in their personal file in chronological order
  • Check employees’ daily attendance and report absenteeism
  • Adhere, monitor and control all compensation and benefits entitlement to the employees
  • Liaise with Company panel clinic for update information on staff
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Organize HR related event

 

Industrial Relations

  • Handle counseling and employee grievances
  • Conduct investigation on employee misconduct cases and assist in the industrial relations process
  • Issuance of disciplinary letter and keep track of the progress improvement
  • Follow through with Labour Office and/or Company’s appointed credit company on payment in lieu of notice for absconded employees
  • Liaise with the local authority for any dispute and grievances

 

Payroll

  • Create the employee’s data base for the newly recruited employee in the payroll system
  • Ensure all the payroll preparation, processing, finalizing and reporting complete within the monthly payroll schedule for employees, ITC, internship student and foreign workers
  • Print and issued the monthly employee’s pay slips within timeline
  • Generate and issued yearly EA forms in accordance to the statutory regulations within timeline
  • Cross reference check on the accuracy of payroll done by co-colleague(s)
  • Able to take over payroll activity in the absence of the co-colleague

 

Management and Administration

  • Implement and coordinate HR function, activities and company’s policy in relation to management of Human Resource
  • Perform operational HR tasks including coordination with caterer, newspaper deliveries and third parties provider related to HR operational
  • Manage general office administration and the issuance of the controlled inventories
  • Ensure timely and proper updating of information, systematic filing and its traceability

 

Others

  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, company’s rules and regulations at all times

Customer Support Executive

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Customer Support


Requirement:

 

 

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in administration field
  • Customer orientation, dynamic, self motivation and planning skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Systematic and organized and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential

Responsibilities:

 

  • Key account for assigned customers
  • Manage customers’ account
  • Handling all correspondence with customers
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD)

Maintenance Technician

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Maintenance


Requirement:

  • Minimum Certificate / Professional Certificate or Diploma in electrical field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • Possess technical trouble shooting skills
  • Self motivated and possess good working attitude
  • Able to work under minimun supervision
  • Good interpersonal skill and assertive
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to perform preventive maintenance task for machines and building regarding mechanical, electrical and electronic components
    • Able to plan, organize and prioritize given tasks
    • Good knowledge of various test equipment
    • Able to understand and read machines or facility equipment such as operation manual, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams or robotic system
    • Able to diagnose and repairs or replace faulty electronic components such as PLC, motor control, transformers, chiller and electrical components by using variety of testing devices
    • Perform maintenance administrative duties such as maintaining equipment records and preparing reports of day to day tasks
    • Understand and able to execute 5S and TPM according to standards

Process Engineer

Status: Full Time/Permenant

Team/Role: Process Engineering & Support


Requirement:

  • Degree in Aerospace/Material Science/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Process Engineer / Mechanical Engineer.
  • Working experience in an overhaul and/or repair (aviation) environment is an added advantage.
  • Able to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendations
  • Good knowledge and experience in one or more of the following processes preferred: TIG Welding, Plasma Spray, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining, Shot Peening, Non-Destructive Test: RT (Digital Radiography) or Penetrant Testing (PT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Hands on experience in the said processes is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines in a fast paced environment
  • Some knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Quality, QC tool/problem solving and Lean principles
  • Familiarity with PFMEA and Control Plan is an added advantage
  • Has good business acumen

Responsibilities:

 
  • Introduce and implement new repair processes into the production lines of ASSB
  • Prepare and maintenance of Technical Work Instruction (TWI) and other related technical documents
  • Perform and supervise commissioning and acceptance of equipment and machinery for ASSB
  • Develop detailed process procedures and to compile the documentation for the individual repair process
  • Supervise First Article Inspections (FAI) activities
  • Support Production in improving the effectiveness of production lines with regards to processes
  • Liaise with Maintenance and Product Engineering team to develop and modify tools as and when necessary to improve a specific process
  • Carry out a continuous improvement to the effectiveness of processes with regards to consumable materials
  • Evaluate applicable changes from revised Original Engine Manufacturer (OEM) Manual and to incorporate it into related work instruction
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, Company rules and regulations at all times
  • Perform other technical tasks as assigned by the superior or any other person as designated by him or her
 

QA Quality Assurance Executive I

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: QA Department


Requirement:

 

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in aviation related studies or equivalent in avaiation related field with 3 years working experience in similar or other industries
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e Word, Excel & Power Point, etc.
  • Understanding of ISO 9000 or AS9110 quality management system; preferably attended internal quality audit course and/or lead auditor
  • Part 145 Maintenance Organization knowledge is added advantage
  • Other qualification or any experience can be considered and will be assessed case-to-case basis

 

Responsibilities:

 Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Quality System / Technical Documentation Control / Product Quality related tasks
  • Quality System related task consist of Audit System, Safety Management System, Maintenance of the Quality Management System, Up keep of all Company Approvals and Accreditations, Regulatory & Customers Liaison, Vendor Management
  • Technical Documentation related tasks include Control of OEM Data, AD Updates, Quality Records (Regulatory/Company), Control of Standards, Control of Technical Publications (VRS, TO, Others).
  • Product oriented related tasks concerns Customer Compliant Management, Technical Investigation, KPI's and Company Goals Upkeep, Inspeciton oversight (ARC and Inspectors) (Including Inspector Technical Training Requirements), Implementation of Quality Requirements
 

General Functions:

  • Performs quality assurance duties and functions of quality system / technical documentation / product quality as outlined in sections below
  • Perform any other task as required by Quality Assurance  Manager or any other person designated by him or her 
  • Complies and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
 
 

Specific Functions: 

Quality Management System

  • Perform internal audit and spot check and report non compliances and deviations.
  • Assist QA Section Manager  to coordinate audit activities by regulatory authorities and ASSB’s customers
  • Assist QA Section Manager to maintain company Quality System and ensure all maintenance approvals held by ASSB is valid at all time.
  • Monitor completion of CARs recommendations and provides follow-up check to monitor compliance with recommended remedial action
  • Quality monitoring and perform on-site audit to supplier and sub-contractor.
  • Able to conduct regulatory training to ASSB staff.
  • Assist Product Quality as of when necessary.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly as well as techical investigation reports.
Technical Documentaion Control
  • Maintain an effective and efficient administative system for the control of documents and maintenance records.
  • Notify QAM, EM and Engineers of receipt of new documents and revision of OEM amnuals (raise evaluation form).
  • Control and secure the QA document archive.
  • Maintain close liaison with Line Controllers for the timely transfer of Routing Cards and ARCs to the QA Aechive.
 
Product Quality
  • Provide quality oversight on ARC and inspection related activities
  • Upkeep KPI’s and Company Goals
  • Assist QA manager in PI, Ei, WI and Routers review.
  • Perform audit and spot check and report non-compliances and deviations
  • Monitor completion of SNCs/ investigation reports and provides follow-up check to monitor  compliance with recommended remedial action.
  • Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements to improve the quality of the end product
 

 

Industrial Engineer II

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Engineer


Requirement:

  • Degree holder with minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field, if applicable
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in LEAN methodology
  • Display proficiency in areas of responsibility and implement improvements
  • Able to do scheduling & execute plans accordingly and on time basis
  • Good public presentation
  • Willing to learn and accept new ideas
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially in MS Office i.e. Power Point, Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Represent LEAN methodology in the Company
  • Lead Continuous Improvement / LEAN programs execution
  • Coach the teamwork during task execution
  • Take on responsibility as Project Manager role to execute improvement projects and lead inter-departmental team in a  project execution.
  • Identify and manage resources required to execute projects
  • Identify, analyze and propose process technology improvements
  • Provide statistical data, data analysis and project progress report as required
  • Perform assignment by applying standard industrial engineering or intermediate LEAN method and tools
  • Perform Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Analysis (VSA) to identify improvement opportunity for future improvement.
  • Train and coach team members on intermedia CIP tools
  • Conduct continous improvement trainings
  • Organize LEAN event
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulatons at all time
