Section Manager Maintenance

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Maintenance


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of similar working experience will be preferred for the job.
  • Good planning. analytical and organization skills will be preferred for the job.
  • Proven track on machine reliability methodology and implementation
  • Good in leadership skills.
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and maintain effective Machine & Equipment maintenance and support services to Production Department in accordance with Company and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all major repairs and modifications at the Plant & Facility with regards to safety and compliance requirements.
  • Operate an effective system of recording. Analysis and monitoring of reported defects, breakdowns on equipment, facilities and other incidents to enable appropriate decisions or actions to be taken to minimize repeated breakdowns
  • Ensure that the personnel are in possession of correct skills, are given appropriate training and up-to-date with the latest methods, procedures and requirements
  • Ensure that the implemented TPM-Activities are performed and conduct review of TPM contents whenever necessary
  • Plan, establish & maintain an effective maintenance system
  • Manage manpower resources on daily task and servicing works
  • Responsible for ensuring effective periodic facilities maintenance records are maintained for audit and verification purposes.
  • Formulate an efficient inventory system to provide adequate spares support for the maintenance of the facilities and equipments.

  • Supervision of all work contractors in the ASSB facility.

Store & Inventory

  • All parts and materials received are properly charged, stored or racked as indicated in the Bin Stock Card (BSC).

  • Define maximum and minimum stock level of spare parts

Product Engineer

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Product Engineering and Support


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul within an aviation environment is an added advantage
  • Able to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendations
  • Good knowledge and experience in one or more of the following processes preferred: TIG Welding, Plasma Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining, Shot Peening, Welding Technology or Diffusion bonding/coating, Non-Destructive Test: RT (Digital Radiography) or Penetrant Testing (PT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engineering aspects of any related repair component within the product portfolio and support to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
  • Update and implement repair scopes into ASSB existing repair capability
  • Prepare written instructions and procedures for the individual repairs and publish for production use
  • Develop and compile repair documentation according to approved engineering data
  • Optimize existing repair procedures to improve in-process rejection and rework
  • Evaluate and to update applicable changes from revised OEM Manual and to incorporate it into the internal ASSB work instructions e.g. Process Instructions, Special Instructions, etc
  • Perform and supervise First Article Inspections (FAI)
  • Support production in identifying the root cause and its solution to customer complaints or potential complaints
  • Support production to overcome problems during its FAI and NPI introduction; and ramp-up period
  • Communicate with OEM on all engineering topics, vendors with regards to any engineering task or component repair, shareholders and respective Engineers

Maintenance Technician

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Maintenance


Requirement:

  • Minimum Certificate / Professional Certificate or Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, robotics field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • Possess technical trouble shooting skills and technical knowledge in machinery/facilities equipment’s spare parts
  • Knowledge in PLC and CNC troubleshooting skills is added advantage
  • Basic knowledge and experience in store inventory management
  • Self-motivated and possess good working attitude
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skill and assertive

Responsibilities:

  • Able to diagnose and repairs or replace faulty electronic components such as PLC, motor control, transformers, chiller and electrical components by using variety of testing devices
  • RPerform preventive maintenance task for machines and building related to mechanical, electrical and electronic components
  • Able to plan, organize and prioritize given tasks
  • Good knowledge of various test equipment
  • Able to understand and read machines or facility equipment such as operation manual, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams or robotic system

Maintenance Supervisor

Status: Full Time/Permenant

Team/Role: Maintenance


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics field or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in machinery and facilities maintenance trouble-shooting
  • Registered and licensed competent BO Chargeman (11KV) with Energy Commission (Suruhan Tenaga) Malaysia
  • Working experience in Aviation or Aerospace industry environment will be an added advantage
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience trouble-shooting in CNC controller (Siemens, Heidenhain & Fanuc) and PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradly & GE Fanuc)
  • Detailed analytic approach solution required in maintaining overall availability of machinery and facilities related equipment
  • Good planning, analytical, technical knowledge, resourceful and people management skills is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Section Manager in managing expenditures by developing effective ways to reduce machinery and/or facility equipment unplanned breakdown to keep in line with business expectations
  • Support and liaise with Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) by providing required information or data pertaining Energy Consumption and Solar PV generation
  • Manage the specification, assessment, allocation and supervision of the maintenance team and contractors undertaking maintenance work
  • Supervise and manage maintenance technicians in daily operations
  • Ensure work or tasks are completed on time, based on priority by maintaining the quality of work
  • Supervise major critical work during scheduled and unscheduled downtime activities
  • Lead and develop trouble-shooting and technical skills abilities for maintenance technicians
  • Lead technical root cause investigations or machine breakdown analysis, provide Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and follow up until implementation
  • Lead and guide technicians to utilize the necessary resources to complete the applicable tasks by utilizing available spare parts, tools and resources that are needed

Advance Engineer – Product

Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Maintenance Repair and Overhaul within an aviation environment is an added advantage

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Finance


Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting and/or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting field

  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales invoices, debit note and credit note in accordance with the finance working instructions
  • Send out invoices as per customer requirement or not later than 2 working days
  • Prepare sales monthly reports in a timely manner
  • Process local purchase invoices in accordance with the finance working instructions
  • Assist in payment process in accordance with the finance working instructions
  • Support in Fixed Assets Management in accordance with the finance working instructions

Requirement:

  • Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/ Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM)/ Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK)
  • Quality Assurance/ Manufacturing Technology/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic certificate is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers under his/ her section. This typically includes training to ensure that personnel are updated with latest methods, procedures and requirements; work allocation and problem resolution, as well as participating in decisions for recruitment and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement new repair processes as per plan
  • Carry out continuous process improvement to improve quality, yield, cycle time and costs reduction
  • Verify and accountable for all engineering documentations released to the shop for accurate technical content, standardization of engineering documents and ensures that engineering documents are in accordance to approved technical data
