Customer Support Executive

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Customer Support




  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in administration field
  • Customer orientation, dynamic, self motivation and planning skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Systematic and organized and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential



  • Key account for assigned customers
  • Manage customers’ account
  • Handling all correspondence with customers
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
  • In case of emergency to escalate important issue to management
  • Maintaining customer visit report
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Knowledge in set management including scrap replacement and gap management
  • Responsible for sending weekly report and inspection report to customer
  • Assisting in logistic and forwarding issue on airfoil parts
  • Preparing statistic data on TAT performance, OTD, Customer Complaints etc
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
  • And any other tasks assigned


Maintenance Technician

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Maintenance


  • Minimum Certificate / Professional Certificate or Diploma in electrical field or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
  • Possess technical trouble shooting skills
  • Self motivated and possess good working attitude
  • Able to work under minimun supervision
  • Good interpersonal skill and assertive
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc


    • Responsible to perform preventive maintenance task for machines and building regarding mechanical, electrical and electronic components
    • Able to plan, organize and prioritize given tasks
    • Good knowledge of various test equipment
    • Able to understand and read machines or facility equipment such as operation manual, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematic diagrams or robotic system
    • Able to diagnose and repairs or replace faulty electronic components such as PLC, motor control, transformers, chiller and electrical components by using variety of testing devices
    • Perform maintenance administrative duties such as maintaining equipment records and preparing reports of day to day tasks
    • Understand and able to execute 5S and TPM according to standards
    • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times
    • Any other tasks as assigned

QA Quality Assurance Executive I

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: QA Department



  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in aviation related studies or equivalent in avaiation related field with 3 years working experience in similar or other industries
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e Word, Excel & Power Point, etc.
  • Understanding of ISO 9000 or AS9110 quality management system; preferably attended internal quality audit course and/or lead auditor
  • Part 145 Maintenance Organization knowledge is added advantage
  • Other qualification or any experience can be considered and will be assessed case-to-case basis



 Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Quality System / Technical Documentation Control / Product Quality related tasks
  • Quality System related task consist of Audit System, Safety Management System, Maintenance of the Quality Management System, Up keep of all Company Approvals and Accreditations, Regulatory & Customers Liaison, Vendor Management
  • Technical Documentation related tasks include Control of OEM Data, AD Updates, Quality Records (Regulatory/Company), Control of Standards, Control of Technical Publications (VRS, TO, Others).
  • Product oriented related tasks concerns Customer Compliant Management, Technical Investigation, KPI's and Company Goals Upkeep, Inspeciton oversight (ARC and Inspectors) (Including Inspector Technical Training Requirements), Implementation of Quality Requirements

General Functions:

  • Performs quality assurance duties and functions of quality system / technical documentation / product quality as outlined in sections below
  • Perform any other task as required by Quality Assurance  Manager or any other person designated by him or her 
  • Complies and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations at all times

Specific Functions: 

Quality Management System

  • Perform internal audit and spot check and report non compliances and deviations.
  • Assist QA Section Manager  to coordinate audit activities by regulatory authorities and ASSB’s customers
  • Assist QA Section Manager to maintain company Quality System and ensure all maintenance approvals held by ASSB is valid at all time.
  • Monitor completion of CARs recommendations and provides follow-up check to monitor compliance with recommended remedial action
  • Quality monitoring and perform on-site audit to supplier and sub-contractor.
  • Able to conduct regulatory training to ASSB staff.
  • Assist Product Quality as of when necessary.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly as well as techical investigation reports.
Technical Documentaion Control
  • Maintain an effective and efficient administative system for the control of documents and maintenance records.
  • Notify QAM, EM and Engineers of receipt of new documents and revision of OEM amnuals (raise evaluation form).
  • Control and secure the QA document archive.
  • Maintain close liaison with Line Controllers for the timely transfer of Routing Cards and ARCs to the QA Aechive.
Product Quality
  • Provide quality oversight on ARC and inspection related activities
  • Upkeep KPI’s and Company Goals
  • Assist QA manager in PI, Ei, WI and Routers review.
  • Perform audit and spot check and report non-compliances and deviations
  • Monitor completion of SNCs/ investigation reports and provides follow-up check to monitor  compliance with recommended remedial action.
  • Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements to improve the quality of the end product
