Customer Support Executive II (Contract Based)

Responsibilities:

Product Engineer
Status: Full Time

Requirement:

Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent

Able to read technical materials, develop analysis and make recommendations

Familiarity with processes such as TIG Welding, Plasma Spray, Heat Treatment, Machining, Shot Peening, Welding Technology or Diffusion bonding/coating, Non-Destructive Test: RT (Digital Radiography) or Penetrant Testing (PT) or Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

Basic knowledge and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) methodology

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engineering aspects of any related repair component within the product portfolio and support to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs

Prepare written instructions and procedures for the individual repairs and publish for production use

Develop and compile repair documentation according to approved engineering data

Optimize existing repair procedures to improve in-process rejection and rework

Quality Assurance Executive (Product Quality)
Status: Full Time
Team/Role: QA Department
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree or equivalent in aviation related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar or other industries
- Experience with Part 145 Maintenance Organization Regulatory Requirement is preferred
- Familiar with ISO 9001 or AS9110 quality management system
- Preferably attended internal quality audit course and/or lead auditor course is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Quality Tools such as Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage
- Good technical report writing skills
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work cohesively with other stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for Quality System/Technical Documentation Control/Product Quality related tasks
- Quality System related tasks consist of Internal Audit Compliance, Safety Management System, Maintenance of Documentation & Procedure, Company Authorization, Aviation Authority Regulatory Compliance & Customers Liaison and Vendor Management
- Technical Documentation related tasks include Administration Control of OEM Data & Access, Airworthiness Directive Updates, Quality Records (Regulatory/Company), Control of Standards and Control of Technical Publications (VRS, TO, Others)
- Product oriented related tasks includes Customer Complaint Management, Technical Investigation, Inspection oversight (Certifying Staff and Inspectors) (including Certifying Staff/Inspector Technical Training Requirements) and Implementation of Product Quality Requirements
- Performs Quality Assurance duties and functions of quality system/technical documentation control/product quality as outlined in sections below
- Perform any task as required by Quality Assurance Manager or any other person designated by him or her

Specific Functions
Technical Documentation Control
- Maintain an effective and efficient administrative system for the control of documents and maintenance records
- Notify QAM, EM and engineers of receipt of new documents and revision of OEM Manuals (raise evaluation form)
- Upkeep and maintenance of Quality System Manual and Procedure
- Liaise closely with Line Controllers for the timely transfer of Routing Cards and ARCs to the Document Control Center
Product Quality (PQ)
- Provide quality oversight on Certifying Staff and Inspection related activities
- Assist in Maintenance Data (PI, EI, SI, TWI and Routers) review
- Perform audit, spot check and report non-compliances and deviations
- Monitor completion of SNCs/ investigation reports and provides follow-up check to monitor compliance with recommended remedial action
- Generate/ evaluate root cause analysis, corrective/ preventive actions
- Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements to improve the quality of the end-product
- Evaluate and validate process validation protocols (such as FAI, NPI, Deviation Management, MMI, PCN, etc), reports, and results prepared by engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide Expert Guidance: Act as a key resource in identifying gaps or inconsistencies in validation processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality outcomes
- Evaluate MSA studies conducted by engineering teams to ensure measurement systems are accurate, precise, and capable of supporting quality objectives
- Prepare monthly, weekly as well as technical investigation reports
Aero Apprentice (Lab)

Responsibilities:
- Undergo apprenticeship in Metallurgical Testing under the guidance and supervision of an approval holder, including:
- Preparing test samples or specimens for analysis using grinding, mounting and polishing methods
- Performing chemical analysis and preparing etchant solutions
- Conducting metallurgical analysis to evaluate microstructure of samples
- Carrying out the mechanical test i.e. hardness, tensile strength bond and erosion tests
- Maintain workplace cleanliness in accordance with 5S standard
- Carry out routine tasks with consistency and adherence to established procedures
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, sample labeling or data recording to avoid significant errors in results

Section Manager - Product Engineering
Status: Full Time
Team/Role: Engineering
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or related Engineering field (Master's or professional certification is an advantage)
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in MRO or OEM environment
- Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership, supervisory or section management role
- Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of OEM documentation and regulatory standards under CAAM, FAA and EASA Part 145 standards
- Familiar with engine OEMs such as General Electric, SAFRAN, Pratt & Whitney or Rolls-Royce
- Experience in airfoil component repair, substantiation, qualification and process improvement activities
- Strong understanding of airfoil technologies, metallurgy and material behavior
- Skilled in repair development, project management and technical problem solving
- Proficient in engineering software such as CAD or SolidWorks
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Product Engineering team in developing and managing repair schemes for airfoil components across various engine platforms (e.g. CFM56, V2500, CF6-80, TRENT series)
- Act as the technical authority for inspection and repair processes such as welding, machining, heat treatment and coating applications (HVOF, Plasma Spray, etc.)
- Oversee the entire repair lifecycle—from development and approval to implementation and continuous improvement
- Ensure all engineering documentation complies with OEM, regulatory and customer requirements
- Work closely with Quality, Production and Value Stream teams to resolve shop-floor technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Liaise with OEMs, customers, and regulatory bodies (CAAM, FAA, EASA) to maintain compliance and support external repair approvals
- Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Mentor and develop engineers to strengthen technical expertise and leadership capability
