Human Resource Executive

Status: Permanent

Team/Role: Human Resource


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity
  • Good knowledge in Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Good knowledge in establishing the Company HR SOPs, Rules and Regulations and the ability to interpret HR Policies
  • Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interact well with people from different levels and cultures
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and well organized
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melay
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
  • Enjoy working with people and number  

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Manage all matters related to recruitment activities which include placement, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Involve in recruitment process which include analysis of manpower, recruitment methods, conduct interview, selection and pre-employment
  • Assist in the application for the foreign workers including documentations, visa and follow up with agents and local authoritie
  • Conduct orientation program

 

Employees Relation

  • Issuance of letter of offer and other necessary documents for the newly recruited employees
  • Follow up with the newly recruited employees on the necessary documents required as documentary evidence in the personnel file
  • Issuance of HR letters i.e. confirmation of employment to the probationers, stamp approval holder’s allowance, re-designation promotion and/or  acceptance of resignation letter for resigned employees and etc
  • Enroll newly confirmed employees into the company insurance policy and delete resigned employees from the company insurance policy
  • Assist yearly performance appraisal
  • Submit company’s insurance claim or SOCSO claim for injured employees
  • Updating employee’s data base in the HRIS and ensuring documents are filed in their personal file in chronological order
  • Check employees’ daily attendance and report absenteeism to HODs/ Section Managers/Leaders accordingly
  • Adhere, monitor and control all compensation and benefits entitled to the employees
  • Liaise with Company panel clinic for update information on staff
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Organize HR related event

 

Industrial Relations

  • Handle counseling and employee grievances
  • Conduct investigation on employee misconduct cases and assist in the industrial relations process
  • Issuance of disciplinary letter and keep track of the progress improvement
  • Follow through with Labour Office and/or Company’s appointed credit company on payment in lieu of notice for absconded employees
  • Liaise with the local authority for any dispute and grievances

 

Payroll

  • Create the employee’s data base for the newly recruited employee in the payroll system
  • Ensure all the payroll preparation, processing, finalizing and reporting complete within the monthly payroll schedule for employees, ITC, internship student and foreign workers
  • Print and issued the monthly employee’s pay slips within timeline
  • Generate and issued yearly EA forms in accordance to the statutory regulations within timeline
  • Cross reference check on the accuracy of payroll done by co-colleague(s)
  • Able to take over payroll activity in the absence of the co-colleague

 

Management and Administration

  • Implement and coordinate HR function, activities and company’s policy in relation to management of Human Resource
  • Perform operational HR tasks including coordination with caterer, newspaper deliveries and third parties provider related to HR operational
  • Manage general office administration and the issuance of the controlled inventories
  • Ensure timely and proper updating of information, systematic filing and its traceability

 

Others

  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, company’s rules and regulations at all times
  • Any other tasks assigned

 

 

 

 

Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Section Manager- EHS


Requirement:

 

  • Minimum Degree in Environment, Health and Safety or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar or other industries
  • DOSH registered Safety & Health Officer or completed the DOSH certified Safety & Health Officer course and examination
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of EHS new system to ensure the continual improvement of environment, health and safety on site
  • Assist in the deployment of EHS plant-wide programs and policies
  • Investigate accidents, environmental incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, unsafe acts & conditions, which have happened in the Company and ensure that the corrective actions are effective and reports are closed in a timely manner
  • Collect, report, analyze and maintain EHS statistic on accident, occupational poisoning and disease as well as environmental performance on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the compliance of storage and disposal of scheduled waste in accordance to Scheduled Waste Regulations and update related documentation with regards to the scheduled waste such as e-consignment note, inventories and schedules waste contractor licenses
  • Plan and organize EHS monitoring activities such as stack and LEV monitoring, machinery certificate of fitness and audiometric program; and take action to rectify the issue should the matters arise
  • Conduct EHS workplace inspection and OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 internal audit activities
  • Maintain the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation system
  • Support authority bodies i.e. DOSH, DOE, BOMBA etc in the site inspection during authority visit
  • Act as a secretary to Safety, Health and Environmental committee and assist the committee in organizing and implementing occupational safety and health program at work place
  • Provide advice, assistance, guidance and interpretation to the management and employees in all relevant areas of EHS, risk management, and related legislation
  • Provide necessary EHS training to all required employees and contractors and in accordance to the training plan and as required
  • Provide support to the emergency procedure to meet Company needs and emergency response plan
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies and requirements at all times
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Section Manager - Process Engineering & Support

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Engineering


Requirement:

  • Degree in Aerospace/ Material Science/Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a leadership role
  • Few years of working experience in aviation MRO industry, preferably engine components repair is an added advantage
  • Interpret technical documents, Engine Manuals, Standard Practice Manual, perform analysis and provide recommendations
  • Good knowledge and experienced in one or more of the following special processes: TIG / Plasma Arc Welding, Plasma Spray, Diffusion Coatings, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining, Shot / Ceramic Peening
  • Some knowledge of continuous improvement, quality system and lean principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, strong analytical thinking skill
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic business acumen

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise engineers under his/ her section. This typically includes training to ensure that personnel are updated with latest methods, procedures and requirements; work allocation and problem resolution, as well as participating in decisions for hiring and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement new repair processes as per plan
  • Carry out continuous process improvement to improve quality, yield, cycle time and costs reduction
  • Check all engineering documentations released to the shop for accurate technical content, standardization of engineering documents and ensures that engineering documents are in accordance to approved technical data
  • Perform First Article Inspections (FAI), as required
  • Provide support to Production in improving effectiveness of production lines with regards to processes
  • Liaise with technical team to develop and modify tools as and when necessary to improve specific process
  • Conduct research on new technologies that will enable the company to be market leaders in the industry
  • Provide technical guidance to Engineers under his/her care
  • Evaluate applicable changes from revised OEM Manual and to incorporate it into the working documents (Process Instructions, Special Instructions, etc), as necessary
  • Perform other technical tasks as required by Engineering Manager
