Customer Support Executive II

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Customer Support


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in administration field
  • Customer orientation, dynamic, self motivation and planning skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Systematic and organized and a good team player

Responsibilities:

 

  • Key account for assigned customers
  • Manage customers’ account
  • Handling all correspondence with customers
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems
  • Monitoring Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD)
  • In case of emergency to escalate important issue to management
  • Maintaining customer visit report
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Knowledge in set management including scrap replacement and gap management
  • Responsible for sending weekly report and inspection report to customer

Calibration Coordinator

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Metrologist


Requirement:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or Science related disciplines or SPM/STPM qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is an added advantage
  • Knowledge in measuring tools and equipment used in production and/or manufacturing environment is an added advantage
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily administration and operations of the laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Management System, customer and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain an up-to-date Measuring Tools and Equipment (MTE) master list
  • Monitor MTE due dates, send notifications for calibration recalls and ensure timely surrender of MTE
  • Manage the receipt and handover of MTE, ensuring the master list is updated
  • Register new MTE and ensure all documentation and requirements are met before release for production use
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Request for Quotation and monitor Purchase Orders issued on time to vendor
  • Coordinate MTE deliveries/shipments with external vendors and ensure MTE are in good condition before sending out and upon receiving from vendor
  • Coordinate on-site calibration with external vendor and manage arrangement with end user to ensure no production stoppages
  • Send calibration report promptly for approval and update result in the master list
  • Assist in internal calibration MTE registration and ensure it is in good working condition to proceed for calibration
  • Support in internal and external audit activities and tooling engineering improvement projects
  • Participate in-house calibration activities and measurement uncertainty calculations, as required
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documentation to ensure easy retrievable
  • Always ensure cleanliness and neatness in compliance with 5S standards.

Accounts Executive III

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Finance


Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power BI, etc.) for financial analysis.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Oversee the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments.
    • Review, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders (PO), good receipt note (GRN) and contracts.
    • Manage payment cycles, ensuring adherence to company policies and cash flow requirements. Prepare payment schedules and prioritize payments based on due dates and cash flow availability.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and disputes.
    • Maintain proper documentation for AP transactions in compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.

    Taxation & Compliance

    • Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporate tax, SST, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
    • Prepare monthly tax and deferred tax computation including tax schedules, CA, IBA and provision movements.
    • Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.
    • Support tax audits by preparing necessary documents and liaising with tax authorities.
    • Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize tax exposure.

    Financial Reporting & Account Support

    • Assist in preparing financial statements related to Accounts Payable (AP) and tax.
    • Record expense-related journal vouchers (JVs), including prepaid expenses and accruals.
    • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
    • Generate reports and analysis on AP aging, tax liabilities, and financial risks.
    • Prepare and provide marketing and royalty reports as required.
    • Support external and internal audits by coordinating document requests and addressing inquiries.
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Other Responsibilities

    • Identify, update, and implement improvements to accounting and internal control procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements to streamline processes.
    • Ensure adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and regulations.
    • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Aero Apprentice

Status:

Team/Role:


Requirement:

  • SPM or Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, Welding, Quality and equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of measuring tools such as vernier caliper and equipment used in production and/or manufacturing
  • Experience working in an aviation MRO is a strong advantage for this position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malay
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Apprenticeship in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) processes for aerospace components ie. airfoil blades and vanes under the guidance and supervision of an approval holder
  • Carry out routine tasks that involve consistent processes and adherence to standard procedure
  • Comply and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, rules and regulations

 Logistics – Incoming & Outgoing

  • Perform visual inspection to identify airfoil is within in-house capability, verify the documentation and confirm the quantity of the airfoil
  • Isolate and quarantine any rejected airfoil
  • Perform final inspection on repaired airfoil and verify documentation prior deliver to client

Chemical and Mechanical Cleaning:  

  • Perform chemical and mechanical cleaning process to remove surface contaminants, impurities and heavy dirt

Inspection:

  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections:
    • Inspect pre-repaired component and determine the repair process in accordance with technical requirement (visual and dimension), customer request and etc
    • Inspect post-repaired component in accordance with technical requirement
    • Comply to established standards and specifications in routine tasks
    • Qualify as certifying staff to produce “Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC)”

Non-Destructive Test (NDT)

  • Perform non-destructive testing on airfoil parts to evaluate defects or discontinuities as per respective  NDT method requirement
  • NDT methods selection lists:
    • Penetrant testing
    • Eddy current testing
    • Radiaography testing and
    • Ultrasonic testing

Welder

  • Perform TIG welding to restore the airfoil length using Nickel and/or Titanium alloys material

Grinding

  • Perform grinding operation before and after the welding process, ensuring surfaces are smooth, within tolerance limits, and meet required specifications

Machining

  • Perform repair processes using various machining equipment including shot peening, blasting, thermal spray, coating, milling, auto welding and etc

Heat Treatment

  • Execute heat treatment process to stress relief airfoil after the welding and coating process

 

Advance Measurement Engineer

Status: Full Time

Team/Role: Value Stream Enablement.


Requirement:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Process Engineering with a focus on inspection and measurement. Experience in an aviation MRO environment is an added advantage
  • Certification of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and Management System Analysis (MSA)
  • Minimum AUKOM Level 1 certification
  • Knowledge of ISO17025, ISO10012, ISO19036
  • Knowledge and experience in developing CMM programming software such as Mcosmos, PC-DMIS, Calypso, etc
  • Experience in design, 3D CAD modelling and fabrication of jigs and fixtures
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, ability to make decisions and work in a team
  • Experience in managing complex projects in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Able to work on complex tasks and problems proactively, conceptually, systematically
  • Good team player and stakeholder’s management
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain a measurement governance framework for new measurement system introduction
  • Establish transparency and control system for all measurement processes in Production
  • Develop and maintain a procedure or standard work that should detail the architecture of the measurement framework and desired future state requirements
  • Perform market survey and benchmarking of best-in-class and state-of-the-art measurement technology for implementation in ASSB
  • Partner other support functions (e.g. Continuous Improvement, SPC, PFMEA) to mistake proof and enhance the stability of measurement processes
  • Lead in the evaluation of measurement requests and implement systems/ equipment/ tool in accordance with Engine Manual or Standard Practice Manual
