ASSB 1st Customer Conference 2007

ASSB First Customer Conference was successfully held in ASSB from 28 November 2007 – 30 November 2007. 36 customers from all part of the world participated in this conference. Conference started with the Cocktail Reception on the 28th November in Kuala Lumpur Hilton, where ASSB personnel had a chance to know our customer personally. The event continued to the next day at our facility in Kota Damansara.

The customers were welcome by Managing Director of Airfoil Services, Mr Detlev Jeske. There was also a presentation by Mr. Dieter Tabbert from Lufthansa and Mr. Benjamin Mahr from MTU.  The customers also had an opportunity to visit our new shop floor and witness the repair process of the airfoils. An activity called “Experience Flow” was arranged with the customer as the participants. This activity was for customers to experience and understand the flowline concept that currently is being applied in our shop.

 The day was ended with a dinner in a Cultural Restaurant called “Tamarind Spring”.

As a farewell gift to the participants a City Tour to the Capital of Kuala Lumpur and a Friendly Golf Tournament were held. During the City Tour, they visited some of the places like Kuala Lumpur Twin Tower, Cultural Complex, Bird Park, Chinatown and few other places.  For those who loves Golf a friendly golf tournament was being held in Saujana Golf & Country Club in Subang.

Overall this event was a successful event.
